Time is limited and unless you’re an NBA player, you probably don’t have six hours a day to work out and practice. Regardless, no one likes to be embarrassed on the basketball court so here is an exercise plan that will help you improve your game. The main focus of this program is on conditioning and shooting. You want to be able to play long stretches in game and not be tired. In addition, you want to be able to help with the scoring load. The program requires you to only spend one day training on your cardio and one day training on your jump shot. Read more
